The apartments
Each of the five luxuriously appointed apartments has a large south-facing
terrace with wide reaching views of the stunning Dyfi Estuary, an RSPB and
Unesco Biosphere site.
There is a private parking area accessed via electrically operated main
gates to the properties. Each apartment has designated parking space(s).
Underfloor heating has been fitted throughout with thermostatic controls to
each room. The floors in all areas are oak apart from the bathrooms which
are tiled and the internal doors are also oak.
All the apartments have numerous luxury light fittings and external lighting
on the terraces, televisions, and CD players.
There is a large communal courtyard area with an abundance of plants. .
